Our tour guides have extensive knowledge of this unspoilt region and have worked in the industry throughout Australia. From the harshest outback regions to the awe inspiring great Southern, their passion and knowledge will make your tour a lifetime memory.

Our fleet 
Based on your tour option, we operate purposely built late model vehicles with the utmost concern to your safety and comfort. Our fleet consists of a Landcruiser 200 series V8 Diesel and an All Terrain Isuzu NPS 300 4X4 turbo Diesel tour coach. Each vehicle is fitted with First Aid Kits, Fire Extinguisher, two way radios, seat belts, air conditioning, Satellite phones and all the necessary equipment to handle the harshest conditions of our beautiful country.

• What to bring
Most tours will require comfortable walking shoes, hat, insect repellent and sunscreen. We recommend you also bring a jacket as the weather can vary. Don’t forget your camera!

A detailed list will be sent to you once booking is confirmed.

• Amenities
We design our tours to accommodate to natures demands (toilet stops)
On our extended tours, facilities will be available at our camps.

• Booking conditions
On extended tours– A deposit of 20% must be paid at time of booking and full amount paid 30days prior to the tour date.
On day tours– Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

• Refund policy
Cancellations made before 30 days of departure=80% refund
Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to departure= 50% refunded. 50% credit towards another tour if another tour is booked within 30 days.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior to departure= 20% refunded. 50% credit towards another tour if booked within 30 days.
Cancellations made within 7 days of departure, No refunds.
All cancellations must be received in writing.

• Travel insurance
We strongly recommend adequate travel insurance on all trips.
We are not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings whatsoever or for personal injury, accidents, hospitalisation, illness or medical expenses. Please heed all sign posted warnings while participating in tour activities.

• Charging points for camera and phones
There are charging points in our vehicles. (USB and 12v sockets) Please bring your charging leads.
On extended tours– a generator is available to charge from 240v outlets.

• Telephone and internet reception
Some tours will venture to areas where there will be limited or no mobile reception. Some telephone service providers don’t have coverage in remote or regional areas but we use Telstra as we have found that most areas have reception. Each vehicle carries emergency beacons and satellite phones.

• Fitness requirements
Each tour has a detailed itinerary which caters for each person’s fitness level. If you are unsure, please ask our friendly staff.

• Food and drinks
Morning tea- Tea, coffee, Milo, juice. biscuits and cake are catered for.
Lunch- Sandwiches, wraps, coffee, tea, water, orange juice are also catered for.
Dinner- Dinner is catered on extended tours only but can be arranged at an extra cost. Forget the diet, our cooks are experienced in outback cooking, we will have you coming back for seconds!!!!
PN. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking so we can cater for you.

• Pickup and drop-offs.
Most tours depart from the Albany Visitors Centre (excl  Gold Prospecting tours).

Courtesy pick up/drop off can be arranged, at no extra cost from your accommodation. Discuss this option when making your booking, as start/end time may vary.

• Luggage
As a general guide a small day pack and/ or camera bag on day tours.

Extended tours are usually limited to 15kg and a soft bag/ back pack is preferable to a suitcase.
